We will aim to reply to your email within 48 hours. Please bear with us during this time as we have an increase in enquiries.

We will aim to reply to your email within 48 hours, and your request will be backdated to the receipt of your email if needed. Please bear with us during this time as we have an increase in enquiries.
We do not have a confirmed date yet. We are currently monitoring the situation and will update you in due course.
We have a steady timetable of high and low intensity classes every day! Head to our W3 Club at home timetable here: https://w3club.co.uk/at-home-timetable/.
You can join our live classes on Instagram (@w3clublondon).
If your pass was due to expire while the club is closed, the expiry will be extended so that you are able to use your unused sessions when the club re-opens. Kids Club will provide you with these details when we are able to safely re-open.
Due to the club closing during the current term we will be taking the remaining weeks you have paid for off the price on your next block booking. We have calculated all the sessions per child, and we will be subtracting this amount from next term depending on the class day and stage.
With the current situation we cannot confirm when the enrolment date or term will start. With this in mind, we will be keeping you up to date with all this information as it becomes possible to plan!
We are monitoring the situation as it unfolds. Once we know when we are able to reopen we will credit any difference back to your membership payment.
