Doing a good warm up before an exercise class is really important! It helps to increase your heart rate, reduces your chance of injury and gets your body ready to preform.

60 Secs – Jog on the spot
30 Secs – Hight knees
30 Secs – Kick back jog
30 Secs – Star jumps with clap in line with shoulders
30 Secs – Star jumps clap above head
