Jana's Mummy and Baby workout

This workout is a quick workout for Mums with their babies!

Use your baby as weight (if they are in good mood!) Babies love to move and it is also a great way to teach them that exercise is very important from early age.

Complete 3 rounds of the 7 exercises below. No rest in between each exercise. 90 sec rest in between rounds.

15 x Squat
30 seconds – Squat pulses
12 x Reverse lunge repeat on each leg
15 seconds – Lunge pulses repeat on each leg
15 x Squat and overhead press
10 x Squat and deadlift
15 x Hip trust
