Guy's fast HIIT workouts

A selection of quick and easy workouts that will get your heart pumping, your mind active and help you feel great!

Each of these workouts can be adjusted to your ability by changing the number or sets completed or slightly increasing the rest to make sure you have time to recover and keep good body form.

 

WORKOUT 1 (based on reps)

10 x Push-ups

10 x Sit-ups

10 x Burpees

10 x Star jumps

10 x Lunges

1 minute rest

REPEAT 5 TIMES

 

WORKOUT 2 (based on time)

30 secs – Sofa Squats

30 secs – Plank

30 secs – Sit-ups

30 secs – Lunges

30 secs – Star jumps

1 minutes rest

REPEAT 6 TIMES

 

WORKOUT 3 – (Strength)

10 x Wall sits

10 x Lunges

10 x Press ups

10 x Calf raises (floor/step/stairs)

10 x Fast feet on the spot

REPEAT 3 TIMES with a minute rest between sets

 

WORKOUT 4 – (Cardio)

30 secs – High knees

30 secs – Star jumps

30 secs – Burpees

30 secs – Squat jumps

30 secs – Jumping lunges

30 secs – Tuck jumps

2 MINS REST

REPEAT 4 TIMES for a 20 minute workout

 

WORKOUT 5 

10 x Burpees

10 x Tricep dip (sofa/chair)

10 x Squat jumps

10 x Press – ups

10 x Plank

2 minutes rest

REPEAT 3 TIMES
