5 minute Abdominal workout

A quick workout with fast transitions to keep your core engaged while building your muscles!


5 exercises to be preformed for 40 seconds each followed by the Plank for 20 seconds. While you do the plank, move the body backwards and forwards slightly. 


  1. Leg raises
  2. Scissor leg raise
  3. Crunch
  4. Side Plank crunch
  5. Double crunch
