W3 Club is coming to you!!

We are in a time of change. So instead of coming to W3 Club, W3 Club is coming to you!

Keeping fit and active while at home is really important for staying healthy.

Over the next few weeks, W3 Club will be putting up lots of different workouts for all levels of ability as part of the #W3ClubAtHome timetable. These will be on our website but also across social channels so make sure you give us a follow.

Not only this but there will also be live workouts straight from our W3 Club instructors to help keep you active during the day.
